About

Quality music in the beautiful surrounds of Devon

History

The Devon Song Festival was established by Devon raised pianist Natalie Burch to further the opportunities to see live song performances in the south-west of England. It aims to promote the art form through creatively programmed and accessible concerts given by world class artists in the beautiful surrounds of Devon. We particularly hope to engage members of the community who might never have had the opportunity to experience this sort of music.

From its inception Sarah Walker CBE has been an integral part of the team as our patron. She adds fantastic verve, energy and wealth of experience to help us programme concerts that delight the most diverse audiences.

A vital part of our work is making sure our events are accessible to all and this is why we offer free tickets to under 18s and are partnering with the Estuary League of Friends to provide transport and tickets to those who might not otherwise be able to make it.
